Consistent with the applicable provisions of the Educational Employment Relations Act (Government Code section 3540 et seq.), including Government Code section 3547, the Clovis Unified School District (District) will conduct a public hearing and sunshines that the District and ACE Psychologists will commence negotiation on a new collective bargaining agreement. Because there is no existing collective bargaining agreement, the negotiation will address the mandatory subjects of bargaining, including salary, benefits, and working conditions.
