Following a recommendation by the Inter School Council (ISC) and direction by the Governing Board last May, the administration has conducted a comprehensive review of the Dress Code. Details of this months-long process involving over 100 different school-based meetings with parents, students and staff, an online comment period and the November 17, 2021, Governing Board workshop on the topic can be found on the District’s website at www.cusd.com.

Following this review, the recommendations to Administrative Regulation 5132 – Dress and Grooming were developed and have been shared with the community in advance of being presented to the Governing Board for Information on December 10, 2021, and Action at this January 12, 2022 meeting.
