| | | | | | | | RECOMMENDATION: | Authorize Clovis Unified to enter into an agreement with Copper Hills Youth Center, a residential treatment facility in West Jordan, Utah; enter into an agreement with Heritage Residential Treatment Center in Provo City, Utah; and enter into an agreement with Creative Alternatives, a non-public school in Fresno, California. |

| | | | | | | | DISCUSSION: | Based on the Individualized Education Program (IEP) recommendations, it has been determined that the following Special Education student requires services in a residential treatment facility in order to address the student's unique educational needs for the 2019-20 school year:
